HCMTA provides learning and performing opportunities for member students and teachers. There are Student recitals (Community Service recitals) and a competition (Piano Auditions Festival in November. Teachers have several opportunities to perform for each other (In-person and Zoom Play-ins), and a Teachers Recital! HCMTA is part of the New York State Music Teachers Association which sponsors student competitions, and a state conference. Learning continues!
